Whispering Pines HomeThe Whispering Pines Home is on top of the mountains west of Prescott and overlooks the entire area. With 4 bedrooms it will accommodate large families or groups. The wraparound deck has sitting areas, a picnic table and deluxe gas grill with prep area. What you can't cook out on the grill, you will certainly be able to prepare in the large island kitchen. The dining area is surrounded by tall windows facing the dramatic view of Prescott that reaches all the way to the snow covered San Francisco Peaks near Flagstaff. The built in sound system produces soothing music to every part of the lodge. A wet bar and river rock fireplace in the Living Room complement the towering vaulted ceiling and knotty pine paneling that is everywhere in this home. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a huge master bathroom with jetted tub, double shower and vanity. You can lie in the king bed and watch the lights of the city below. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with king beds and one with 2 twins. A second master bedroom upstairs with private bath (shower only) opens to the Loft Sitting Area with the TV/DVD. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with shower only. A full laundry room will make longer stays easy. The deck wraps around the house and has sitting areas all around for enjoying the cool air, magnificent views and ... Whispering Pines! This home is just a few miles from downtown Prescott but the location on over 13 acres is secluded and private. Special monthly rate $3299.00 plus $120 cleaning fee and tax - 4 persons. Now reserving months Summer 2008. Additional persons 5-6/pets (on approval) $200/month. Additional persons 7-10 $100/month. Please call for rate information and special deals.
