Palisades Home

Perched on top of the hill overlooking Lynx Creek, the Palisades Home has great views day or night. With over 3000 square feet of flagstone patio, there are many places to enjoy those views. From the firepit where you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the city in the distance to the gazebo deck where you can just sit in the shade, just choose your spot to relax. The multi-level patios are suitable for weddings, reunions and other medium-sized outdoor events. There is even a jacuzzi to help you really unwind.
The rooms in the house are all decorated in unique, special styles and colors. The Master Bedroom has a pillow-top king bed, TV/VCR, master bath with corner tub and shower. The Greatroom looks out 2 sliding glass doors to the east and captures views of the creek and mountains. The dining table seats six. There is also a patio table that seats six. The kitchen is completely stocked with pans, utensils, microwave, gas range and dishwasher.

Rates

Per night, Double Occupancy
Plus $60 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-4 nights on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $219.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends

Special weekly rate $939.00 - 2 persons plus $60 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 for persons 3-4/pets, $50 for persons up to 6-8. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.


Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night - Add $20 for extra persons 3-4 or pets. Add $10 per persons 5-8.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
