Juniper Loft is just up the hill from downtown Prescott. This brand new loft has everything to make a weekend getaway perfect. Curl up on the couch and watch a movie in front of the fireplace. Make coffee or sandwiches in the cute kitchenette. But step out onto the deck and you may not want to go back inside. The view from the Juniper Loft is spectacular. There is a comfortable patio set where you can sip that coffee or enjoy a snack. You feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of civilization but dinner at one of Prescott's fine restaurants is just a 5 minute trip down the hill. Head the other way and you can be at Goldwater Lake fishing, boating or hiking in the same amount of time. Of course, you have to get off that deck...

Base Weekend Rate - $159.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends

Special weekly rate $679.00 - 2 people. Add $50 per extra person or pet up to 4. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.


Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night- Add $10 per person or $20 per pet.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
