Sleeps 6, 1 Queen 1 Double 2 Twins, Island Kitchen, Cable TV/DVD/VCR, Living Area with Fireplace, Dining Area, Laundry, Patio, Gas Grill, Tall Pines and Boulders
This recently remodeled cabin is nestled in tall pines and boulders. The decor is charming with forest "animals" and cuckoo clocks hiding throughout the cabin. The master bedroom is upstairs with a bath (shower only.) The downstairs bedroom has a double and another full bath. The den has a desk and daybed that makes into 2 twin beds. All beds have deluxe pillow top mattresses. The front deck is shady and inviting. The back deck overlooks the BBQ patio. A new central A/C-heating system will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. A well-equipped kitchen with new dishwasher and outside gas grill make fixing meals convenient.There is parking for several vehicles and the downtown Square is 2 miles away on all paved roads. A Safeway grocery store is 1/2 mile away. Don't worry about where the laundromat is because there is a convenient washer/dryer.Pets and children are discouraged but conditional.
Rates
Per night, Double Occupancy
Plus $50 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-night on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $169.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $50 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $719.00 - 2 persons plus $50 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4/pet or $50 per persons up to 6. Add approx 10% to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day, 15% to Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets (conditional) - Add $20.00/night per extra persons 3-4/pet, $10/night for extra persons 5-6.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)
Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
